Scholars are intrigued by a first century B.C. stone tablet suggesting that the notion of a Jewish messiah dying and being resurrected in three days is one that pre-dated Jesus. Some believe the relic could provide a missing link between Judaism and Christianity.
Missing Link Between Judaism, Christianity?

There has always been two messiah’s in the Old Testament. The ” Suffering Messiah” to provide redemption back to all of humanity and “The Political Conquering Messiah” After 400 years of not having any prophets and under foreign domination and rule, Israel was looking for the “Conquering Messiah” to end their suffering and restore Israel to most favored nation status in the world.
But God in his majesty provided a way for all mankind (both Jews and Gentiles), to be forgiven and restored to fellowship with God the Father. This was the “Suffering Mesiah” portrayed in the Old Testament especially is Isiah and the Psalms. “For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son so that ALL men could be saved.
When Christ Jesus returns in majesty and power (Revalation), then we will see the “Conquering Messiah” who will restore the “New Israel”, made up of Jews and Gentiles together, to rule under the dominion and rule of our Lord and Saviour Christ Jesus the Messiah!
Come Quickly Lord – Marantha!
